Human Performance Engineering helped our organization solve a specific performance challenge with our clients. Ensemble teaches a proprietary project management method, but we were concerned that training participants would not be able to maintain their newly acquired skills once they were back on the job.

Scott recommended the solution of carefully designed job performance aids, and then worked closely with us to understand our method and create the job aids. Star Leasing was looking to formalize a training program for our current 100+ mechanics, as well as utlilzing the training for new hires.
